Amir al-Mu'mineen (A.S.) sagte:
“Allah, der Erhabene hat den Lebensunterhalt der Mittellosen vom Wohlstand der Reichen abhängig gemacht. Wann auch immer ein Armer hungrig bleibt, ist es, weil einige Wohlhabende, sie* leugneten.“

Amir al-mu'minin (A.S.) said:
Allah, the Glorified, has fixed the livelihood of the destitute in the wealth of the rich. Consequently, whenever a destitute remains hungry it is because some rich person has denied (him his share). Allah, the Sublime, will question them about it.

:امیر المومنین علیہ السلام نے فرمایا
اللہ، مقدّ س پاک نے امیر کی دولت میں محتاج کا روزگار مقرر کیا ہے۔ پَس، جب ایک محتاج بھوکا رہتا ہے، یہ اِس لیے ہوتا ہے کیونکہ بعض امیروں نے محتاج کو اُس کا حَق نہیں دیا۔ اللہ پُر جلال اِس کے بارے میں اُن امیروں سے سوال کرے گا۔ نہجُ البَلاغَہ حدیث نمبر ۳
